As a Trade Bridge Partner, you are at the forefront of opening doors for Arizona’s youth. Gate117 provides participants with:

  • Stable housing and medical care.

  • Fully funded trade school tuition.

  • Hands-on experience and job placement in trades through our local business network.

Through your involvement, participants benefit from mentorship, real-world job training, and career pathways in essential industries like plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, and mechanics.

What We Do Together

HOW IT WORKS

As a Trade Bridge Partner, you can help identify young adults who show promise and interest in your field.

If you meet a participant who seems like a good fit for your company, TradeBridge can schedule a paid trial training period—usually a few days on the job—so both your team and the participant can explore compatibility in a real work environment.

TradeBridge covers the participant’s hourly wage during this trial period, so there’s no cost to your business. After the trial, if the participant is a strong match, they can transition into ongoing mentorship, apprenticeships, or full-time employment once they complete trade school.
