Todd serves as the President and CEO of Gate117 and is driven to improve the lives of foster youth in tangible and practical ways. Additionally, Todd is the Chief Operating Officer, EVP of American Power, a leader in high-voltage electrical construction services specializing in large infrastructure projects across the Western U.S.

DIRECTOR OF STRATEGIC PLANNING (CSO)

With over 35 years of experience in vocational ministry and leading non-profit organizations, Dana leads the effort to leverage partnerships and collaborations with Affiliate NPO’s allowing Gate117 to extend its reach and multiply our impact. Dana also serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Azura, an Arizona-based non-profit tackling poverty and homelessness.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Brandon serves as the organization’s COO, driving the strategies and initiatives to realize Gate117’s mission: To create real and meaningful opportunities for youth in the foster care system. Brandon is also the CEO of Total Presence Management, an industry-leading staffing company helping businesses and job seekers for over 28 years.

VICE PRESIDENT OF FUNDRAISING

As a mother to adoptive children, Erin understands the unique challenges posed by the foster care system and is passionate about creating opportunities for foster youth. Erin’s years of fundraising experience and expertise put Gate117 on the leading edge of turning dollars into significant and measurable improvements to kid’s lives.
